Invited Academic Talk
by the EvoAgentX Team

45-minute standard academic presentation + 15-minute Q&A

๐ŸŽค Invited Talk: Lead author Yipeng Ouyang has been invited by Siwei Liu, Assistant Professor at the University of Aberdeen, to give a standard 45-minute academic presentation plus 15-minute Q&A session on SkCC, on behalf of the EvoAgentX team.

About the Invitation

Siwei Liu is a leading researcher in the agent systems space and the primary author of EvoAgentX (3,000+ GitHub stars), a prominent framework for evolutionary agent development. The invitation to present SkCC to the EvoAgentX team represents a significant recognition of SkCC's contributions from a peer research group working at the forefront of agent systems.

The talk will follow the standard academic format: a 45-minute presentation covering SkCC's motivation, design, implementation, and experimental results, followed by a 15-minute Q&A and discussion session. This format allows for deep technical exchange between the SkCC and EvoAgentX teams.

Significance

This invitation is particularly meaningful because it comes from a team that deeply understands the agent ecosystem. EvoAgentX's focus on evolutionary agent development complements SkCC's compiler-based approach โ€” both projects share the goal of making agent systems more capable, reliable, and accessible. The cross-pollination of ideas between these two approaches could open new research directions at the intersection of agent evolution and skill compilation.

This talk also marks SkCC's first invited academic presentation, establishing the project within the broader agent research community beyond the AgentSkills'26 Workshop.
